I love champs so much. Every time I go here for queer events I have an amazing time. From markets, to drag shows, queer line dancing to even sports nights this place hosts a variety of events anyone would love! I’m especially a fan/regular for their spurs line dancing nights and the vibes are always on point. The staff is super friendly and this has become my go to bar in the city. (The addition of AC also is such a win for dance nights lol)

My friends and I went here after Osheaga on a Saturday. The bartenders were super friendly and the DJ played some killer 90s/early 2000s throwbacks. I felt very comfortable as a queer person. It’s a sports bar but certainly doesn’t feel like the typical boring subdued bar.
