Passed this resto many times and never tried it until this week end with friend's one from Ontario. They ordered steak and eggs and I ordered the pancake with fruit. I also ordered a café latte. The steak was not a steak. It was a brisket and it was horrible. The pancake was ok not great. The fruits were ok not great. The café latte was the worst I have wve had. It was a Greek coffee with milk. Terrible. I had to ask for brown sugar. My friends didn't eat their imitation steak. I only ate half the pancake. The lady tried convincing us it was steak and she didn't charge for the steak. The bill was very expensive even without the steak approx $60 for 3 of us and she pushed the change tray for me to leave a tip. Don't know how this place has a permit. The decor is quaint. Resto food terribble.

I don’t know what some of these recent reviews are talking about, had nothing but great service here. The food is delicious and affordable and the owners are friendly and inviting. Lovely mom and pop brunch place.

The staff was incredibly rude, and the food was horrible. The owner kept pouring our friend more coffee even though he stated multiple times to her he didn't want any refills, and still she charged him for the refills. The food was bland and incredibly oversalted. Not to mention that they were smoking cigarettes in the restaurant. When it was time to pay for the bill, she charged us for an extra side of fries even though on the menu the burger comes with fries. She stated she did that because she didn't charge us 3$ for a slice of cheese, it was a cheeseburger... She also demanded a tip (which she claimed are 'service fees'), service fees are GST and other taxes. Tips are for when the service and food is good, which this place was neither. She was incredibly rude to our group and was extremely aggressive when she was talking to us. If I could give no stars I would. Do not come here. We got really bad food poising.

The owner of the restaurant is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My friend went there for a job interview and had a terrible experience. During the interview, the owner asked inappropriate questions, such as why she came to Canada and why she left her home country, even suggesting she should return. I can only hope the owner treats their employees better than this.
Favourite mom & pop brunch spot in all of Montreal! I’ve been coming to Oxford for years now and it’s always a wonderful experience. The owners are so sweet and welcoming and the restaurant is filled with so much charm. I always get their pancakes because they are THE BEST you have to try them!!!

Delicious and homey breakfast deli, with affordable options and generous portions. The Super Combo was the way to go with all the options. The Staff and servers were respectful and attentive. Not busy at brunch during weekdays, place is small so I imagine can fill up quickly. Plenty of parking too. Will come back for sure for those delicious pancakes yum
