I have been a loyal customer for a long time and am generally satisfied with your establishment. However, today I am very disappointed with my experience. At 12:20 p.m., the restaurant was half empty when I arrived. I asked for a table for one and the person at reception directed me to a table by the window. As it was quite cold, I asked for another table back, but his response was very categorical and without any opening: "There are no more tables for one person." This made me feel like I wasn't welcome, which is very disappointing. I hope you can take steps to improve service at the front desk so that other guests do not feel left out like I did today.
