We had a reservation for 8 pm, they seated us 20 mins later… once we were seated they said they ran out of pizza and salad when we were a group of 20. Most of us wanted pizza and no one was satisfied because of this inconvenience. Service was extremely slow when half the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Not even an apology from the waiter and manger. We ordered pasta and only received it an hour and a half later for only pasta! Due to this delay, we were late for our next event and the manager was aware of this. We did not get any apology, no compensation, instead the manger said we should’ve warned the restaurant before hand. I’ve never experienced this horrible service. I would never come back. Rude manager!!!!!

I must admit I heard excellent reviews on this place but I was very disappointed when I went for myself. We came here with the intention to have a pizza and was only informed after being seated that no more pizza's were available. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. No compensation such as a drink or apology was given from the waiter nor the manager for this lack of organization. I truly expected more from this place.

Reservation made for a group of 17 people on March 22, 2024 7:00 p.m., however, our experience was marred by a very unpleasant welcome from a member of the restaurant staff. He informed us in a less than courteous manner that we could not park in the spot reserved for the restaurant. It was an unpromising start to our evening.Despite this, when it was time to pay, another member of staff apologized instead of their colleague, which was appreciated. However, the initial reception remains a disappointment, and this influenced our overall perception of the restaurant experience.I recommend the restaurant ensure that all staff members provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, as this can greatly affect their experience at the establishment.

Best Italian restaurant to date!I took my partner to this Italian restaurant for his birthday, but what a great discovery!!Delicious fresh pasta and the ricotta parmesan tortelli with creamy pistachio sauce, a real favorite!!Excellent service from the team and affordable prices.We will definitely return and I will recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent Italian restaurant!! ?

I bought two sandwiches and a pastry, and without even asking me the old lady tipped 15%, even though she didn't even ask us if we wanted to reheat our sandwiches even though we didn't want our sandwiches reheated. The young black-haired girl offers very good service otherwise ??

Montreal’s hidden gem! Stumbled upon the bar while at the Sports Complex for a soccer showcase. Bartenders Lauren and Gianni made great drinks and were so friendly to us out of town clientele. Came in for a drink and stayed for the delicious pizza and pasta. Thank you Capucine!
