Beautiful Salvadoran restaurant in Montreal!!! Staff is warm and accommodating!!! Food is authentic and Filling to your palate and heart.
A very excellent Salvadoran restaurant with some Mexican picks on the menu as well. Service was warm and professional. Food was delicious and affordable. Comfortable atmosphere to eat in. I saw the owner comitt a good deed, a homeless man came in begging and she gave him a free meal.
Seems like it’s gone downhill unfortunately, been going there for 20 years almost. The coleslaw isn’t fresh it just sits at the table. The food takes long to receive and it wasn’t full! Also the wait was long and we received meals at different times. My friend received her food and I had to wait while she literally finished hers before I got mine ! Really sad
Home made pleasures.
Generous portions
Awesome as always!
Great Restaurant and delicious pupusas! The staff is very friendly
You feel like you have travelled to Salvador! An excellent pupuseria who serves fantastic pupusas as well as other specialties. Loved my first and second time and I plan on going back!! Muchas gracias!
The pupusas and horchata here are absolutely incredible. The only downside is that the food takes a while to arrive, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The space is also small, so it can be a bit annoying when people leave the restroom doors open since they’re really close to the tables.
Checked out Los Planes, a Salvadoran spot, on a slow Monday evening. Service was friendly. Love the massive curtido containers on the table.
- Horchata ($4.00) - typical
- Maracuya ($4.00) - passionfruit was decent
- Tamarindo ($4.00) - not very sour. Skip it
- 2 Pupusas y yuca frita ($15.50) - opted for the chicharron and loca pupusas. Pork was excellent. Yucca was dry
- Enchiladas verde ($21.00) - three chicken enchiladas. Decent but salsa verde was bland
- Chuleta de cerdo ($22.00) - sausage and pork chop were good. Liked the plantains, plain rice
Service, Food and Ambience was excellent! Would definitely go back.
Le Service, La nourriture et l'ambiance étaient excellents! Je compte y retourner.
