Don't let yourself be discouraged by the negative comments from people who had ONE bad experience on July 18, 2024 with ONE employee and who concluded that it takes 10 to sink a company that is doing its best. I have been visiting this business for over 10 years. The food is absolutely delicious, at more than reasonable prices. If you are looking for a good snack, not trying Resto Pam would be unfair to the business, but especially to you.

For nice Haitian food and not expensive is the place to go!
I call before going and it's always ready at my arrival. Ppl in the kitchen are super nice and the food is delicious ( I order grio 7$/plate )

Completely stunned by the behavior of an employee in the face of a situation where a young woman needed emergency help! It’s absurd to know that the young woman, who was on the ground, required the help of a paramedic!! And that said employee asks her to use her own phone and then leaves her alone, on the ground, and returned to her kitchen! There is a serious lack of humanism and professionalism! It doesn't make you want to go to this restaurant at all!

I am shocked and outraged by what happened in this restaurant on July 18, 2024. A customer became seriously unwell and, in her distress, asked the staff to call an ambulance, but was told not to. do it herself, leaving her moaning on the ground half-conscious. This lack of compassion is UNACCEPTABLE, INHUMANE, IRRESPONSIBLE, SHOCKING and DANGEROUS. My friend could have died because of your inaction!
A restaurant must ensure the safety of its customers. Employees must reflect the company's values and be trained to handle emergencies. Their response clearly demonstrates that they are not. If you value your safety, avoid this place.

HORRIBLE customer service!! My friend almost lost her life in this restaurant! She was in urgent distress and the employee left her moaning on the floor AND HELP!!! Watching her die! I wouldn't even wish this situation on my worst enemy!!! I recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

Thursday July 18, I felt unwell and I had the misfortune of feeling unwell at the Pam restaurant. I wrongly thought that the lady who was in this restaurant could have helped me considering that I am a well-known customer. I was struck by the cruelty of this employee who left me lying in my blood refusing to help me by calling the ambulance. On the contrary, this lady without the slightest hesitation asked me to call for help myself. I would NEVER advise a person to frequent this place because even if the responsibility for this action lies with the employee, the owners must react to such a serious situation. It is their responsibility to hire people who represent their values and principles. What a desappointment !! Unfortunately, I don't have the possibility to give 0 stars but it is obvious that this is the appropriate number.

I will never set foot in this pitiful restaurant again. I have been encouraging this restaurant for a very long time despite the dismal customer service and always have. Last week was the last straw. My sister returned to this place in distress asking to call 911 for an ambulance and the lady there refused to help her by calling the ambulance. Although she was lying on the ground afterward, the lady refused once again and told her <<but you don't have a cell phone, call on your cell phone>>! Phew but what kind of human being can do that??? If it wasn't for a childhood friend who came home to help her, who knows how long she would have stayed on the ground waiting for the ambulance...We really need to give us an explanation because it's incomprehensible.. you were afraid of paying ambulance costs?? It's already been a week and I still can't believe it.

On July 18, 2024, a very unfortunate event happened to a young girl in distress and the receptionist failed this customer miserably by providing NO assistance.
The customer service at this restaurant is only getting worse and this does not seem to be the priority of the owners who still have not remedied the situation.

What should have been a pleasant experience turned into a nightmare due to a staff member's complete indifference to a distressed customer.
Last week (July 18, 2024) a young woman was visibly in difficulty, showing clear signs of serious discomfort. Instead of reacting with compassion and professionalism, the lady working that day completely ignored the situation, practically leaving this young woman to die without providing any assistance.
This inaction is not only unacceptable but also dangerous.
I highly recommend anyone considering dining here to reconsider their choice. The safety and well-being of customers must always come first, and unfortunately this restaurant has shown that it cannot guarantee that.

In fact, one star is still too much for a company that hires employees who are not able to offer assistance to a person in critical condition. Even worse... who asks her to do it herself. But what a shame!

Completely disappointed in the way you treat your customers. Someone comes to buy from you, needs medical assistance and your employee doesn't offer help? Worse, tell her to contact the emergency services herself? Frankly, it's shameful!

Deeply disappointed by the terrible customer service. Can you believe that a customer in urgent need of medical assistance was ignored and asked to call 911 herself despite her critical situation!??? The lack of empathy and basic human decency demonstrated by staff is inexcusable. It was a painful situation made worse by the indifference of the restaurant employee. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone. Customer service should be a priority and unfortunately PAM has failed miserably in this regard.
