I loved their food to go when I visited the city. I would take it for picnics at parks. Very creative and delicious vegan choices.

I've been going there since the 90s with my family as a child, back when they had many and it was called Commensal. I discovered 2 years ago that this is a continuity of those and was so please to find the same classic recipes like the seitan and the lasagna. I'm a total fan, I go many times a month now. And I'm not vegetarian, you really don't have to be to enjoy this place. It's just really good healthy food.

I was visiting Montreal and my friends and I went to have lunch here. It was very delicious. I liked the decor and the way the building is setup. There are different levels and on the back a charming patio. I would go back for sure on my next visit.

Did not know about this Gem in my neighborhood. Great vegetarian place...I am not vegetarian but enough selections that I can taste a bit of everything. Note it is by weight, soup is not by weight, total was $43 for two people. Was full, did not have room to try desserts...next time. 😜😋😋😋

Have been here twice in as many days and have loved every ounce of what I’ve eaten (and I’ve had a lot of ounces in just two visits). Fun, casual ambiance; super friendly staff; a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options across sweet and savory foods. What’s not to like?

I really like the variety that this place has. It’s all vegetarian/vegan. You can opt for individual meals they have like sandwiches and drinks or you can go for the buffet which charges you per pound of food. My friends and I went for the buffet after practice and it was perfect. The food was warm and we ate enough for the price. My plate was around $17 and I was very full by the end of it. The food is warm and delicious. Some stuff was missing since it was very close to closing but that’s ok. I do wish the dessert was included in the price (it’s a separate weight fee). The restaurant is big (the buffet is upstairs) so there’s enough seating if you go with a group.
It’s always nice to add another vegetarian/vegan restaurant to my list of recommendations!

This restaurant is a must try. The food is yummy and the place is clean. It was my first time to go there . I brought my friend who’s not vegan he loves the food even the desserts . He said he wouldn’t believe the desserts especially the carrots cake with cream was vegan.
It’s not actually pay per weight. The plate itself is heavy around 250-300 grams so you end up paying $10 + weight of your food. The place was bit unhygienic. Taste was too blend for everything except shiracha sauce.
