This place is a little gem. You might not notice it going by, but it's worth checking out. We always get takeout, probably weekly, and order the general tao chicken special for 5.99. The staff are super friendly and we really enjoy it.

The worst asian food I’ve ever eaten. We ordered sushis and a combo meal. The food was poor quality and not fresh at all.
First, the sushi tasted like homemade sushi, except it was bland and tasteless even with the soy sauce. Second, there were bones scattered in every piece of fried pork and it looked like it had been frozen. We were unable to eat them. Thirdly, we ordered the hot & sour soup and we got the wonton soup instead. It also tasted nothing like it. Too much sesame oil, it felt like drinking a sesame oil soup. Let’s not talk about the wonton! Fourthly, the bubble teas we ordered was watery and left a thick powdered residue on the surface of the drinks. The few pearls they contained were too hard to chew as if, again, they were not fresh. The cup carrier had a died spider in it. Ew.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed and felt it wasn’t worth the price we paid considering the quality of ingredients and giving us the wrong item. The only thing relatively good was the general tao but then again the quality was not there, as they was a lot of batter and not enough chicken. I strongly recommend people ordering there to reconsider. There are much better options elsewhere.
Edit: I wrote fried pork. Absolutely unacceptable to serve food like that!

Their prices are amazing if you want a cheap meal with a lot of food, especially the combos. They are also really nice. There were no people other than us when we went.
As for the food, we didn’t like it. We both took a combo. I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken enough- it was clearly freshly fried, hot and crispy. The hot and sour soup was unpleasantly viscous. This theme applied to the vegetable side dish as well- it was swimming in a very thick, unpleasant tasting sauce.
And the interior… I’m not one to care about how a restaurant looks and this is not a comment about that. But there were ants crawling on the pitcher of water. The floors were sticky. It was pretty gross overall.
I try to enjoy every restaurant I go to. I couldn’t enjoy this one!

Bad service , never got water
Not enough soy sauce for the sushi & it wasn’t fresh , my stomach hurts . So many good options In Cote des neiges don’t waste your money here .

Delicious food at an affordable price and very welcoming staff! Asian restaurant style with beautiful decors. I ordered a General Tao combo for $16-17 (tax included) and I have no regrets. We serve you starter dishes (salad, soup and spring roll) in a few minutes before serving you the main course. The main course takes longer to come, but by the time it arrives, you can eat the starter dishes you were served. For my part, I only had time to eat the spring roll and part of my salad before my main course arrived. I ate well and I'm no longer hungry. Highly recommended!

I wanted to like this food. I ordered a meal for my dad who was in Jewish General near the hospital. There was a toothpick in the wonton soup! As soon as I saw that. We threw the food out. I'm disappointed and feel bad for giving a bad rating. But I was totally shocked by that.

The very baseness of Cote des Neiges! another small Chinese restaurant that takes customers for Super Cons! I ordered a chicken chow main to eat there, big culinary disaster! ,the rude and unsmiling waitress brought me a plate with two pounds of greasy noodles that looked like fried spaguettini and a little chicken on top, she offered me green tea, and when I went to the checkout she charged me $ 1.99 for tea, Total $17.18 plus tip for a plate of Chinese noodles and a green tea which cost them around $2.00 for the whole thing, it's really taking the customers for fools! hygiene is really not one of their priorities, in general the entire restaurant is dirty and dusty, the toilets are dirty and there is no hand soap or hand paper or toilet paper! and last Thursday when I was there there was a lot of water on the floor of the toilet which came from the small cupboard, in addition there was 0 heating in the restaurant the waitress came to take my order at my table with her winter coat and his hat on his head, I quickly realized why! , I had to put my hat and winter coat back on to finish my plate, the table service is simply laughable, plus she doesn't even say thank you even when they give her a generous tip, this girl remains frozen should never work with the public! I strongly advise against it.

Great place to relax and get a rest from loud city. The atmosphere feels like you’re home and the food was delicious. My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant today and we both are left with warm feelings and full stomachs. The portions for the price we paid were huge and I really enjoyed everything we ordered: the general tao chicken meal had tasty rice, vegetables, a good spring roll, chicken with a lot of sauce, warm soup with dumplings in it and a nice sweet “fortune cookie”; a c sushi combo was amazing, since it had a good selection of fish sushi (they don’t cheap you out with lots of just vegetable sushi which I see a lot nowadays), I highly recommend both. I also got a passion fruit bubble tea which was really good, had more actual flavour rather than just sugar. I’m surprised with some bad reviews this place doesn’t deserve, we will visit again, 10/10!

Quiet little place to enjoy a good and warm meal. The portion of the food for the price is really good. The general tao is tasty and it comes with vegetables and rice if you take the combo meal with a good soup and a roll. Overall I had a great experience with my girlfriend. As for takeout we ordered sushi and a bubble tea. The sushi is also really good for the price since the ratio of rice and fish is really balanced. The bubble tea is flavorful and really affordable. I really recommend going there 10/10.
