I have been there several times solo or with a friend:) I love the whole atmosphere bring your wine the prices the selection the choice the copiosity And flavor in each bite. Personally I don’t go for pizzas, but for all the Starters and other dishes.:)
I eaten at this charming neighborhood restaurant four times on different visits to Montreal. The food is always delicious. Reasonably priced. Bring your own wine (there’s a wine shop a few blocks away).
Beautiful decor, cute. A little small, in the conversation of the neighbors. Catastrophic reception. Waitress efficient, but cold and distant. No 'bon appetit' or 'was that to your liking?' it lacks class and warmth (an Italian restaurant must be warm). Very good pizza. Dough and sauce. Generous on the cheese. Desert is an insult to Italian cuisine, IGA can do better for less! Get the pizza to go. Does not deserve the title of "Italian restaurant".
Very good dough, pizza in this cozy little restaurant. Better to make a reservation if you want to dine there and bring your own wine (no alcohol license). The waitress who was alone, although a little overwhelmed, was super efficient, pleasant and kind. A good neighborhood address
