The mint chocolate chip was to die for!!! Aya was so sweet!
Fab ice cream store in montreal
The ice is really good. The place is clean ... not much place to sit though !!
We came across Ripples ice cream shop while walking around town. It was a pleasantly warm afternoon and an ice cream break sounded like the perfect afternoon pick me up. Ripples had a variety of flavors and some were definitely intriguing. We were interested in their rose and kulfi flavors that were unfortunately sold out, but also done for the season. Instead we tried two classics: French vanilla and Chocolate 6x. Both were good and you can taste that they were homemade. No crystals or crunchy bits in this ice cream.
There's a counter you can sit at if you want to eat inside.
Incredibly friendly worker and above average icecream :) would recommend for any hard ice cream lovers
Try the fenilrose and kulfi!! Amazing
Friendly staff always! Really good homemade ice cream with unique flavours
Tdlr: if you’re wavering between getting soft serve vs scoop icecream, get the scoop and avoid the soft serve at all costs.
I was excited to try this place with all the buzzing reviews and homemade icecream. I love icecream and am always excited to try new and classic flavors. I ended up getting the chocolate dipped vanilla soft swerve and was sadly disappointed… it looked so beautiful and the portion was generous but the chocolate was waxy and the icecream was barely cold with strangely fluffy texture in an artificial way.
I was beyond sad about this but tried to force myself to finish it regardless, not wanting to waste. I accidentally left a bite of icecream on my spoon and realized that it didn’t melt after a good while. It was quite alarming for a place that specialized in homemade icecream. :(
The scooped iced cream was pretty good tho and melted almost instantly.
Stumbled upon this by surprise and then i came to know about it’s history and how famous the place is.
I was pleasantly surprised to find flavor “Kulfi” Which is a famous indian ice cream we have grown up eating. The flavour and taste was exactly like home.
I enjoyed it thoroughly.
The pricing and size of scoop was relevant.
Amazing funky flavours I've never seen elsewhere. Kulfi, Halva, Ginger, Fennurose... Definitely try it if you're in town.

4 stars is very generous they sold me a mint chocolate chip that literally had no chocolate chips look.
AMAZING!!! So many flavors to choose from. The waffle cone was excellent, and the quality of the ice cream was great. The shop is also very cute. Decent price for the quantity. A perfect place for a summer pit stop.
We love ripples. Best ice cream place in Montreal.
I was quite impressed with this place, ice cream shops have gotten very pricy but the serving size here was a pleasant surprise. Even the smallest size or the kids size has ample ice cream. The flavours were also very good, they have a wide variety from the standards, some really original ones and some fruity ones. You also have a choice of cones and great service to go along. The location is great as this is one of the more popular areas in Montreal, so you do not need to go far.
The ice cream is always delicious
