I gave it 3, simply because I ordered the chicken burger which is huge, too much. I suggest one piece of chicken rather than 2. But for the service, Linda is great! Thanks Linda, when I go to Rooters I wish you would be my server!

Came with a small group, everyone orders, and then waitress skips the last person. Then said person ask to order, since they have been skipped over the waitress interrupts them. Then the waitress comes back with all our plates one at a time (no issue there) , we start eating the same last person who ordered at the same time as everyone else 30 mins in we have to request to see if the waitress even put on the request to the kitchen. Just a sad encounter when you're with friends and your friens somehow gets a bad deal. I on the other hand was served nicely, I had a mac and cheese that I really enjoyed it was super creamy and nicely textured and super flavourful :).

This place was so sad. Used to love coming here, just back 4-5 years ago. I don’t know what the hell happened but the people don’t do much working. The female “hostess/waitress” sat us down and brought the water. Then she comes back 2 minutes later asking us what we want. She’s not understanding any of us when we say something, she’s not noting it down and thus asking us five more times to repeat everything until she realizes she should write it down, one of three drinks ordered at the same time came late because she forgot about it, even after asking a guy to come help. She brings us our food, fries were dry as hell and then she leaves/finishes work and the guy continues to serve. The male “server” was also sitting in one of the booths with his 4 friends, people who also don’t work here, having a drink and basically taking a break between serving the clients and it always took so long for him to come around and check on the tables, even when he would look at us and see us ask for him to come over. It felt so strange being there. I was kind of baffled. The fried chicken Hot sauce burger was super dry, the pickles are cut improperly for a burger, even the tomato slices are dry. $10 for one shot of Jack Daniels was wild.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of tables with chairs that can be placed elsewhere while you dine and since there were only two booths in use, there wont be any complaints from other people about being disturbed. Easily accessible restroom.

Worst meal at way over price value I've had in ages!!! How do they stay in business? Hamburger hard and totally dried-out at 6:00 p m. on a Saturday??? Bacon on it refried over and over until all bacon taste gone! Credit Card machines not working - not first time! Shabby place, filthy washroom, unacceptable long wait for food, soft drink and fries half the size of last visit. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They don't deserve customers and customers deserve far better.

Make a reservation three weeks in advance for 40 people, we got there we only had one server (she worked super hard). And five people were forgotten and got their orders taken after everyone else recieved their food and received their food once everyone was done their plates.Had to ask for our bills 4 times. While the hostess sat on her phone giggling with someone. Will never go back as a small or large group.

The portions were very big, I paid a little more since I had the French onion soup which was amazing and a big plate of ribs and chicken tenders. Our waitress Anissa was very friendly, efficient and attentive. Would definitely go there again.

, probably one of the worst poutines I have eaten in my life. Everything we ordered was reheated or cooked from frozen.Poor, slow and completely lost service. the staff is English, very difficult to be served in French.Not even the merit of being a "dive bar" which at least would have brought some personality to the place, it's generic, overpriced and definitely not worth trying.
