The service I received today was unacceptable. I ordered a lime chicken sandwich and a salted ice coffee my friend also ordered the samething and we both agreed it tasted only like coffee which we did not asked for we asked for a salted caramel ice coffee. When I got my order it did not have any taste so I asked for an extra pump and the service proceeded to charge me a dollar. I did not think this was right because the drink had no flavor to begin with so in the end I asked for a refund because of the principle. Horrible customer service.
