I went to the store to pick up some pastries however, my interaction with the manager was horrible. She was rude and condescending because of her attitude and I didn't like her tone of voice. I felt degraded. The store is a mess and the pastries were stale as well. I also see that she doesn't respect the employees in the store from my observation.

The service from the usual staff was great but the owner and his wife are very rude and don't know how to treat their employees or customers. The food is also very expensive for what its worth and the products have been declining in quality over the years. They stopped making the tartes and replaced it with these sad "eclairs" that do not even closely resemble the authentic ones from France. They also seem to be having an identity crisis as this is an italian bakery and there are no italian products. Aditionally, the place lacks in hygiene as I had noticed a mouse one evening on the second floor. Avoid at all costs!!

The service was great but i spotted a mouse upstairs and going to the kitchen. Also i had the unpleasant chance to know about the owner and his wife that are super rude. Even if the food is OK i dont think this place is clean with the mouses… you can find better and more authentic italian food somewhere else

Just got a sandwich from there, and it was a waste of money. I took the time to ask the cashier of there was cheese in it, and he said yes. There was nothing in there except 3 slices of ham. I wished i had taken a picture. My advice is if you go there....Go before 1pm because you'll lose your money if you go after.

Bad experience! We went there at 6:30 (they’re supposed to close at 7) I even asked if it’s ok to order now and they seemed ok but started cleaning and using chemicals around us to clean, which made it impossible to stay and we had to get out.
I really expected more from Rosetti, and this kind of behavior is not acceptable

Mediocre desserts. The place is practically empty most of the times. The pastries look nice but are just okay to taste.

The food tasted good. However, the staff making the coffee/taking payments forced a tip on me while paying. Watch out!

Horrible experience. The employee in charge of the pastry counter treated us very badly. She was very rude to us. He got very upset just because I asked her a question. She just wanted to sell, without answering questions and the business was not busy. Unfortunately she was in charge, a shame.

Another reviewer says "it tastes exactly like in Italy. BTW I'm Italian." Sounds about right considering all you can get in Italy is an calcinated espresso made with UTH milk. I mean, it's a nice country and fruits and vegetables are fantastic, but you walk into the average Italian coffee shop, coffee culture-wise they missed the second and third wave.

Rosetti serves disappointing coffee unfortunately. I ordered a small cappuccino, it came in a super large mug full of milk, the barista didn’t even asked if I want two shots of espresso (given its unusual size) and scattered cocoa powder on top (again without asking).
We visited Rosetti every morning during our trip. Superb service and excellent lattés. We will return to this establishment on our next visit on the fall.
