Really unpleasant service on the phone even though they put no soy sauce in the order. He tells me it's our fault even though we always have 1-2 soy sauces with this exact order... We order regularly and the service is getting worse and worse. Always minimum 1 hour wait for delivery. Not to mention the last time they completely forgot our order even though we called back several times, 2.5 hours later we never received our order.

I placed an order by skip the dishes , there was a “midi express “ missing in the bag .. I only got what i ordered for my kids (avocado and cucumber) I called them and they told me that was IMPOSSIBLE!! So I am lying ?? I just wanted to eat !!! Then he told me he was able to check the cameras to confirm that the order was there , well not in the bag I received.. anyway I won’t be fighting over 15 dlls and investing more time and energy , at least my kids got their sushi and I made myself a sandwich..We ate before at Royal sushi on du Parc that one I would recommend, I never had an issue with them .Terrible experience!!!?

Prices have increased exponentially over the past 2 years. I would say ridiculously. In addition, two years ago, we were entitled to small cucumber sushi as a gift. I paid $8.99 each roll and got my gift. So it cost me $18.00 plus tax: $20.70 and I had my gift. $10.00 more and no more giveaway!!!! Ostie that I am silly. Sushi is over!
