The music is so loud, and mixed with the people's voices and kitchen sounds, that it becomes overwhelming and unpleasant. I asked the lady on the counter to lower it a little bit but she refused. Little does she know that she's going to have occupational acoustic damage. The local is already small and crammed, the management should be working on making it more comfortable. The loudness doesn't help the atmosphere.
