Sushi is off the hook. Hokkaido uni, wagyu, inventive rolls, everything incredibly fresh. Upscale but unpretentious. Friendly and patient waitstaff, chef made a special order grilled salmon dish for our 2 year-old.

We drove in from Ottawa and it did not disappoint. The sushi was excellent, the tuna melted in your mouth, I cut it to share using my chopstick! The peach flavoured sake was definitely worth the price. The server was friendly, chatty, helpful. Loved it!

The quality and freshness of the fish leaves you speechless, the sake menu is magnificent and very articulate, the Toro platter memorable (fatty tuna in several presentations) and the makis sometimes play with fantasy. In the end it's always magnificent, always a precious moment, and always just as ruinous because all of this has a price. But we always go back just as happy, so....
