What can I say except that it was one of my greatest gastronomic experiences to date. It feels like home, the service is friendly and the recommendations are thorough. The menu is to die for with, in addition, some foods that I usually don't like at all. Seasonal, local, original, it’s flawless. Special mention for the financier with buckwheat and browned butter as a sweet treat to close the show, it’s madness!! Bravo and long life to Sabayon!

I have been a big fan of Patrice since being a regular at his patisserie, so we tried months to get one of the few reservations. I expected the desserts to be amazing, but it was genuinely one of the best tasting menus and wine pairings I've ever had. I can't wait to try the afternoon tea.
Simply delicious! If you are lucky enough to manage to have a reservation, don't hesitate, it's truly one of the best restaurants where I have had the pleasure of enjoying a meal. The food and wine pairing is simply fabulous! I can’t wait to have the pleasure of tasting Patrice’s cuisine and Marie-Josée’s wines again ?

Magnificent experience at Sabayon. The 7-course menu is truly incredible! Refined and well-executed dishes, 3 desserts to finish, including one, the strawberry one, worthy of a Michelin star because it was so breathtaking! We can't wait to come back. We also had the wine pairing, for my part I would have liked to have had a slightly more upscale choice of wines. It was good but less to my tastes.

Trying all these chef-d’œuvres from local products was a great experience.I wouldn’t like to evaluate the service because the restaurant is running by only 2 people, so you must inevitably understand the time it takes to serve 14 people. Imagine it your are doing yourself and your wife. Even you are great in it. Not easy.I didn’t understand some taste pairings like grilled cucumbers with lobsters, in my opinion cucumbers do not benefit at all but the rest of the menu was really perfect. Pistachio ice cream parfait is a killer dessert.Cocktails are strong and good. Wine pairing also good.Thanks for the experience
