The food was outstanding—light, creative, and beautifully executed, with a real focus on fresh, local produce and perfectly judged portions. The desserts were truly out of this world; if you've ever tried anything from Patrice Bakery, you already know the level of indulgence I'm talking about. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel taken care of from the first course to the last. There's a reason reservations are so hard to get. Totally worth it, and I can't wait to go back.

Super impressed by the 2 person team, who did back and front of house service bilingually. We had a very cute table by the window, centre of dining room. Our favourite dishes were the Arctic Char and Fleur des Monts Cheese. Roasted Squash Ice Cream and Mignardises were wonderfully executed. Positive experience and love that it's biking distance from our condo.

I was so happy to finally get a reservation at this 14-seat restaurant. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared, but my favorite was the Arctic char served in a fragrant mushroom broth—it was absolutely memorable. The desserts were just as outstanding as I remembered from when they had the pastry shop Chez Patrice.
We were happy to spend the evening here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it truly felt special. Be sure to plan a full evening, as the dining experience stretches close to 3 hours. While portions may lean on the smaller side, every bite is crafted with such care that it’s truly worth it. An unforgettable meal from start to finish.
Most restaurants are over-hyped and expectation become too high which leads to disappointment. Sabayon was not the case and deserves all credits to Marie-Josee and Patrice. I was there for the tea time and it was exquisite and delightful. Their explanation of each dish portrays what their goals and intentions were which was carried out flawlessly. Extremely difficult to get a reservation but well worth the effort to secure one. Would definitely go back and hope to be lucky or fast enough for the tasting menu 😜

Excellent meal with interesting standouts like the salty cheesecake appetizer, the fresh cucumber scallops, and the pistachio cake under the strawberry sorbet. The tasting menu as a whole was very well curated and went from one dish to the next harmoniously. A great selection of wines and cocktails available to pair. Service was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Patrice and Marie-Josée make you feel right at home in their space.
I would recommend anyone try it to mark a special occasion, or simply to have a great evening.
