I've always seen this little shop next to c&t and we finally got curious enough to visit it. It is basically a takeout place. I highly recommend the cold noodles (liangpi). I've never had it before but it is very delicious and has a nice spice to it.
We also tried the pork bun, but it wasn't particularly amazing. They charge $3 for as is or $4 to prepare it for you on the spot (aka toast the bread and microwave the meat).
The owner can communicate with enough English to explain the menu (but probably more easily if you speak Chinese).

It’s the first time we’ve met, there’s no grievance, and you pay a penny for buying a lot of things. Why bother giving everyone a bad look and being impatient when they come in? Retire when you’ve made enough money. Don’t mess with it here. Together, that is, the mtl market saved you.

The boss is dishonest. The Qian Zhang meat sold in the store is exactly the same as the frozen Qian Zhang in T&T, and the packaging and taste are the same. When I asked the boss if she made it herself, she said that she made it in small quantities every day. The frozen meat sold in T&T for RMB 12 actually sells for RMB 18, and they also deceive customers. Be cautious about consuming ready-made food in his home.
The pancake fruit is really delicious, highly recommended??(Every time I go to Century Supermarket, I stop to watch the boss making pancakes???Hahahahaha)I will always repurchase the Liangpi, the chili oil is particularly fragrant??
