I really wanted to like this place but was very disappointed today. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and got a cup full of ice with the tiniest amount of coffee at the bottom. For $7.50 I felt ripped off.Not worth coming back at all. Check out Sandwich Asiatique down the street on Ontario for a better experience.

I think they sell old food, the price is quite expensive for a small portion. Vietnamese food but didn’t the same Vietnamese food, prices aren’t worth . My kids ate them and had a stomach ache for days. The milk tea is too sweet and nothing special for such a price. But the service is good.

Delicious pork Bahn-mi. Curious about trying other of their dishes. The cat tastes the food before me to guarantee quality. He approved!

The women who make up the staff are friendly and seem to have a nice synergy between them. It's warm! The space is small and uninviting, it feels like a convenience store, warehouse and canteen all at once. But I admit to having developed an affection for this kind of decor typical of cheap Asian restaurants. I now associate this casualness with good comfort food! And my instincts proved me right again: it was delicious!I had the spicy chef's special banh mi (a completely decomposed banh mi served in a presentation reminiscent of poutine), really good; and a pork Guabao, delicious. My girlfriend had a bubble tea with her banh mi and she enjoyed everything. It wasn't expensive either! A success. I highly recommend!

Bun bo hue is not original and very different from real one. Also the portion is small for the price paid. Broth is not separated from noodle, which is quite unusual (you should mention it in the menu so that it would not be a surprise). Same thing for other soup tokinoise. Quite disappointed!

I always go for the sardine Banh Mì! The owner is very nice and treats you like a friend. Don't expect to dine in, this place is perfect for a road trip meal, picnic, or next day's lunch!

The sandwiches are good, but the excellent crunchy baguettes are doing most of the work. Very little meat on any of the selections.
No matter what country u r from these sandwiches are fantastic! Blown away by the quality and flavor!

Wow! I would recommend you go out of your way to eat here. Really kind owners and delicious food! Bread tasted fresh, meat was well marinated and veggies were fresh and well pickled. The wontons were also yummy and the sauce was special. I wish I lived nearby so I could come every week! Also a really nice terrace to sit on which had an outlet to charge my phone

Real good Banh Mi : crispy bread, flavorful, juicy, etc. I got the chicken Banh Mi and it was so good I got a beef one which was even better, not that expensive either. The cooks were also very nice.
