I ate their rare beef pho for lunch. It was just okay. The broth was decent but the sliced beef and whatever sausage was added didn't taste great. We were the only table on a Saturday afternoon.
I've been here multiple times and I love their food!! The key thing to note when you come: their Vietnamese food is very different from others found in MTL.
Specifically, they use less msg, fresher ingredients, and it feels much more cozier.
I've tried the small pho, spring rolls, Bun Bo Hue, Hanoi Specialty grilled pork, and baguette with sizzling pan.

I had the opportunity to try pho at this restaurant and I have to say that this is one of the best pho places I've ever visited. The broth is rich and naturally sweet from carefully simmered bones, perfectly balanced, not too salty or bland. The beef is fresh and tender, cooked just right to retain its natural flavor and sweetness. The noodles have the perfect texture, not too soft or too chewy.
