The idea to order online is to arrive and have your order ready, right? Well, on Friday June 27th around 8:25am I placed an online order. My idea was that by 8:40am my order was going to be ready as my departure was at 9:00am. Not only was it not ready but also I had to provide my order number to the barista. After giving the details she took the order of another person in the queue and then she prepared my order. So ordering online is WORTHLESS!

The girl at the counter was very nice, polite and efficient. The hot chocolate is good. The coffee too. But you should definitely avoid croissants and other viennoiseries as they are pretty bad! Go walk a few more steps and buy them at Premiere Moisson!

My London fog is a disappointment but the (warmed) pitaschio croissant is amazing, on par with artisan bakery. Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient.

There are some good employees but few. The majority don't know how to make the coffees on their menu, so everything ends up being a latte. Milk so hot I burned myself. Too bad because it’s the only café open in the station on weekends. I went there every day before and I stopped after several coffees which were not at all what I wanted, I tried again today and I will not go back. You should retrain your baristas.

The barista was super sweet and friendly but they had no ice and no breakfast sandwiches (though they showed up in the uber eats menu) at 615 am. I got a holiday latte and asked for it half sweet which she made but it still tasted like a ton of sugar and very little coffee.
The music playing was also aggressively misogynist and with swear words. (perhaps this wasn't from Second Cup but it was just very loud in that area)
I just think for a location with the potential for a lot of people in the morning they shouldn't put their staff in the position of being alone and improperly stocked.
