With immense regret that I write this message I have been a second cup customer since I arrived in Montreal. I love their coffee I am used to Saint Dénis, But my first experience in this cafe was a big disaster This morning the person at the barista clearly disrespected me, I placed my order I received another drink, my companion ordered a decaf but obviously the staff did not take that into consideration, we insisted and confirmed but he replied my ears work well no need to repeat every 2 minutes with a drunk look I think there needs to be training for staff Service 0

I love this place. I was here on vacation and ended up going here for breakfast 2 days in a row. The workers are very kind, attentive, very polite and kind. If I return to Montreal, will definitely be going back.

Dirty, bread was old and no utensils for my coffee....not coming back here.
Love this cafe! I come here at least once a month to work. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to build a rapport with you and know you by name. It’s also very well situated downtown and opens early.
