It is a good place to start your day, the only problem is that they open after 8:30 am
was served by a very sweet girl named MK today thank you ! You were very kind and professional
It's good! But it doesn't open at 8, as it says on Google maps..
Staff were friendly.
Coffee was very mid and if i’m paying 4$ for a cup of coffee it better be at least a tad better than what i make at home.
Rude employees, rude manager, always giving attitude for their trashy service. There’s always new hires there because I’m sure no one wants to stay with the annoying disrespectful manager there. They r cheap af, go to Columbus cafe or Starbucks instead if your at Fairview
Despite the negative reviews for this coffee shop, I’ve been here several times and haven’t run into any issue.
On my recent trip here, I got a small black coffee which was piping hot and not stale. I probably waited around 2 minutes before my turn came up.
I did want to grab some sweets such as the nutella cookie and the cannoli as those are my favorite to get, but the display for the sweets was pretty empty as I had gone during the rush hour.
That being said, the nutella cookie is really soft and has plenty of nutella inside, fairly big in size if you’re willing to share or not.
Cannoli is generously filled with ricotta, the shell is firm and crunchy, making it a great dessert to enjoy.
Terrible service. Went in and asked for 2 glasses of water. I received 2 glasses of tap water and a bill of 1.50.
Very disappointed. Maybe you should start selling bottled water from a fridge is what I thought I was getting
I recently visited Second Cup and was disappointed by the rude attitude of the staff. They seemed uninterested in helping and didn’t know much about the coffee they were making. My drink didn’t taste right, and when I asked if it was made correctly, I was met with no effort to fix it.

Small vanilla latte was $7. Ridiculous. 0.80 extra for lactose free or soy milk. Equally Ridiculous. Since the milk is the same price as regular milk in grocery stores. soy , oat, and almond less expensive. To add insult to injury, the coffee was like water. Staff not too swift , nor friendly either.

Emplyes chat instead of providing services to customers in line, then serve people regardless or line order.Overpriced coffee for underwhelming customer service.

My wife and I went and bought a drink from Second Cup counter and sat on one of the tables infront in the mall . My wife's friends came over to talk to her so I gave up my seat and found another table to sit on not too far and I decided to pull my laptop and do some work quietly in peace. All of a sudden, I was interrupted by a loud voice asking me if I bought something .. I looked up and saw a rough guy (glasses and fuzzy hear ) standing in front of my table looking down on me . He proceeded to tell me , and without giving me a chance to reply , that if I dont buy anything he will kick me out and I will have to leave. At this point I felt disturbed and insulted by his threat and rude way of ordering me out. All I wanted at this point was to continue working peacefully on my laptop and not being disturbed by anyone. Well, I told him he has no right to talk to me in this manner and I found his style disrespectful and in any case I won't reply to his question and wanted him to leave me alone. He went and came back with someone else a (blond guy with a beard who i recognized as one of the guys who served me behind the Second Cup counter earlier when I bought my drinks in the begining). The blonde guy said to me that he is the manager and that if I dont buy anything he will call security on me to kick me out. I replied that I come to this mall for years and sometimes I sit at the same spot and never had someone hassling me like him or his staff like that. I said that if he wants to call security he can and that I am not breaking any law by sitting there and that his way of being rude and intimidating to clients like this is not good business practice and might drive clients away. If his excuse was to make sure only clients use the area ( which by the way is an area in the middle of the mall with no clearly visible markings or signs that says it is exclusive to Second Cup ) then he should be more polite and gentle telling people so and not order or threaten to kick them out in a condescending manner. The so called manager and his rude staff left only to have security come to me minutes after and telling me that the manager allege that I am siting without buying a thing and asked me to leave. I refused to leave and asked the security on what basis he wants me to leave. He replied because I did not buy anything and I said no we did ( we had the proof ) and even if we had not there was no clear signs big or visible enough to warn people of that and that it was not fair and in fact very disrespectful especially that no laws were broken. After all we live in a free country. We can sit whatever we want as long as you dont break any laws or infringe on others. At this point the security guys could no find a good argument to back up the manager and so he started claiming that I was, according to the manager , disrespectful to them . I refuted that and insisted that I was defending my rights . At this point my wife had noticed what was going on and came and started talking to the security and telling him that we were regulars of the mall and we were merely normal clients who came and served ourselves and simply wanted to have a place to sit peacefully only to find ourselves harrased by their staff and ordered in a rude and inhuman way out only because they suspected that I was siting on a table on my own with my pc but seemingly have not bought anything! My wife went to the manager and told him that his way of dealing with clients is not appropriate to say the least. In fact it was degrading and constitutes harassment. They disturbed our peace , threatened us in a humiliating way and wasted our time and energy. We feel the owner owed us some kind of apology to say the least, for disturbing our peace and causing us distress that way . The security came back to tell us that the manager apologized to us and that he is informing us of that. The manager did not bother coming to apologize directly to us ! We don't recommend this place anymore !
