👎👎They sale the old and harsh muffins. Not at all adapted to the basic standards of a second cup. How the second cup can give their franchise to such unprofessional people??? It is totally unacceptable to sale old products. Very cold and inappropriate welcome and service as well. Very disappointing overall

I work at Concordia University & used to get a coffee from here very often for the last 4 years. Just last week I brought my students for a coffee as an end of semester treat. My experience was not the same as all my previous ones , as the cashier was terribly rude. She made very snarky remarks about the way I was ordering for my students, and even made a comment about a student’s ethnicity. I have worked many jobs as a cashier in my earlier years and never have I ever spoke to someone this way. Not sure if she was just having a bad day - but it put me in a terrible mood and I will never go there again.

Every time I order here it’s a toss up on whether the drink I order is gonna be complete dog crap or simply okay. 7$ for a drink and they mess it up every time. I ordered a matcha latte here a few days ago and it wasn’t even green… it was like a murky yellow. Seven dollars for a terrible latte in this economy could turn a good man into an evil one.

I was shocked at my experience here, and staffs unwillingness to help my baby... After ordering a sandwich, eggnog latte, cookie, and smoothie, I asked for a cup of hot water to heat my baby's bottle. The employee refused, stating we would have to pay for it. This is not only unreasonable but also inhumane—my baby needed to eat, and I was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for something so simple. It's a shame that basic hospitality for families with young children seems to be lacking here. I'll be considering other cafes in the future!!

Good place to get coffee unfortunately the city is killing the restaurant. Visited the area 5+ times and every single time construction blocks all the parking for 2 blocks. Used to go here all the time and will prob never go again. Classic MTL as usual.
ordered a matcha and it was not mixed at all. first sip was a mouthful of matcha powder. Extremely unpleasant. how hard is it to give it a stir before serving?

Empty turkey sandwich with extremely dry bread, supposedly less sweet coffee but tastes extremely sweet, avoid everything ended up in the trash
