We drank a lot of coffee while we were in town and this is one of the places we tried. It is part of a Canadian chain of coffee shops and they do a good job at a very reasonable price.

My experience at Second Cup Café was exceptional. The seating was comfortable, the food delicious, and the coffee excellent. While pricing is somewhat elevated, the extensive menu and high quality justify the cost.

I find the place dirty and unsanitary. The cloth they use to wipe the steamer looks gross, and the counter where they prepare the coffee looks unsanitized. The toilet is extremely dirty.

coffee always tastes fresh, staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is great! no need to ask permission to go to the bathroom (there is no code/key), and overall cleanliness of the place is refreshing!

Coffee is decent but not the best, the cheecake is good but I wouldn't give them credit for it since they're not making it. Service was awfully slow even though it wasn't rush hour (1030 am barely 10 clients) approximately 10min just to order. Overall not great just okay but convenient if you're not in a rush.
