Second Cup Café

i have worked here for a day and the manager did not pay me, i dont advice anyone to work here

The atmosphere is nice.
There is never any rush because the cafe is open 24/7.
Staff are friendly and nice.
This is a great spot for late night studying.

It'd be even better if *all* of the electrical receptacle outlets worked. A few of them don't.

I really like coming to this Second Cup, the service is always good and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they do their best to give customers a great experience even with a rush. However, I’ve noticed several times that the owner tends to be unpleasant with the employees, which can be uncomfortable to witness. I even heard him scream at times! Very unprofessional on his part

The staff here are super kind and friendly, and everything is fresh and delicious! I’m a huge coffee fan and very picky when it comes to taste, but honestly this has to be my favorite coffee. The café is really cute too, and it does get busy quickly

The owner refused to give me tap water.... hottest day of the year.. we were also buying other things, but he refused to give me tap water. How sad is this world that people refuse to give tap water to the thirsty.. It's the same water that goes into the toilets.. ridiculous

I’m genuinely surprised to see negative reviews about this location. I visit regularly and have never encountered any issue! my experiences have always been positive!

The barista is very good and very friendly and knows exactly how to make my hot chocolate, but the quality of the chocolate is not as good as some other places.

Absolutely horrible. The cakes were not fresh. While informing about this issue we got answer refund will not be issued, and the pastry is fresh.
If you wanna talk to management, you have to pass by their working hours, no phone or email to leave a complain.
20 bucks just in trash, cause we didn’t eat. Not only about money, but also about service which was awful.

Highly not recommending this place!
