Rooms are awesome bit outdated. I got a room that was mostly clean. The trash wasn't taken out and the full length mirror was dirty. The AC blows just air. The rooms get a bit warm. Stayed there twice through work. Both times I experienced the room would feel warm.
Great hotel if you have a long layover or a late/early departure. You can walk from the hotel to the airport and the restaurant is also great. There is also a 24/7 mini market in the hotel that has everything you need.
Good option if you’re on a layover. The hotel has a free shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the airport, which is convenient, though it feels like it could be even quicker since the airport is only a couple of minutes away (maybe 15 minutes would be better?).
Rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s easy enough to settle in after a long flight.
There’s a restaurant on-site (Eclipse) with a nice variety of food, better than you’d expect for an airport hotel. It can get crowded at times, so using the app for check-in and adding a digital key is often faster than waiting at the front desk
The fellow at reception was helpful but not friendly or engaging. Perhaps he doesn't enjoy his job or just having a bad day. Room was adequate. Location is great, very convenient to YUL. We did not try the restaurant. Best aspect was the fitness facility.
A bit further from the airport than I expected, but everything was perfect. I wanna stay here again
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location- close to the airport🙏 They also provide transportation to the airfield. The staff is nice and professional. Hotel’s restaurant is open until 11pm so that’s another bonus, the ceasar salad that i tried didn’t taste so good, maybe other dishes are better. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The biggest disadvantage are thin walls, i could hear everything that was happening in the rooms next door and the hallway. To sum up its great if you need something to just get through the night but i wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.
The Internet was not working while I had to work. That's the worst thing to happen on a snowy day, and I had to leave mid-day for the office. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and can say other Marriott hotels have better services. I requested a room on a high floor but was denied by saying that rooms are unavailable. However, at the same time other guests checked in and were offered rooms on the upper floors while I was doing my formalities at one counter, with one of the front desk representatives.
The hotel doesn't provide complimentary parking with the room, which surprised me. So I couldn't rent a car. At the bar, I asked for my drink as it was complimentary to my stay and the bartender gave me a weird look before handing my drink as if I asked the bartender to buy me a drink from his pocket.
Overall, I was very disappointed.

The hotel is conveniently located close tot he airport. The rooms are nice and the food is ok for what you pay. The overall experience wasn't great. The rooms are badly designed, as you hear every word that is spoken in the hallways and there was ample constructions all around the hotel. Plus, point: because of all this commotion, you barely heard the planes. The showers had very poor pressure. Not upto usual Sheraton standards.

Excellent hotel a stone's throw from the airport, however shuttle is always available for those who need it
Rooms: Spacious

The room was very clean and comfortable! It was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed at lately! Check in and out was fairly easy. The shuttle to and from the airport was great with keeping to schedule. The Eclipse restaurant was okay, there was a kid menu, so that was a bonus for us! Definitely would stay again!
My daughter and I loved watching the planes land and take off before bed! There was noise being so close to the airport, but we aren’t bugged by that! Just a heads up in case you are sensitive to sound.

Horrible experience staying at this property.
I requested a complimentary upgrade during my stay as I was eligible but was denied. I was working night shifts during my stay so requested a room with a bath tub and was denied again.
My checkout was Saturday and club lounge was closed on Saturday morning for the breakfast so I checked with the staff if they have any provisions and the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful about the same as well. When I’ve stayed earlier at this property, the manager was nice and accommodated the request so wanted to check but nee staff is very very rude.
I wanted to talk to the GM of the property but was told he handles important things and petty things like this. After insisting to speak with a supervisor, Michelle met me and shared that they won’t do any upgrades or change and suggested that I can check out earlier and actually went ahead and checked me out.
I have stayed have this property multiple times earlier and the staff was so police and nice but seems like new management is very arrogant.
Horrible customer service and experience - will never stay again. And the worst part was that I am titanium elite member and some other team kept a hand written note in my room saying how much they appreciated me staying here lol.

In general the place is clean and well maintained! The room is okay!
The restaurant is inviting and our server was great! The food is very good.
Small downside still important! The reception: the staff is very unsmiling which should be essential for welcoming customers.
