Shushuto Bar à Ramen + Tapas

First timers and definitely will be back! The sushi was delicious and the whole ambience super cozy and modern at the same time. Our waitress (from Mexico) was amazing!

We’ve been regular customers of this place and it saddens me to say that the service here is really bad and it’s getting worse.

They let too many people and they just can’t manage. Once, after we’ve payed the dîner and we’re heading to lead, the waiter approached us and started to explain how he actually didn’t give us the right bill, and we were supposed to pay $20 more and we immediately payed in cash . We payed with a European card, so couldn’t see the amount straight away. Later, when we actually saw the amount charged on the card, it looked like we payed just the right amount - but it was already too late.

Today, I had another situation, this time with the delivery. I posted an order that was supposed to be delivered at 8.00, 8.20 latest. However, it wasn’t delivered until 21.00. AND THE ORDER WAS MESSED UP!

One star, because it shouldn’t be so. This problem is very manageable and solvable, I guess the restaurant just doesn’t care about the clients, and nothing can be worse than that.

the atmosphere and service were 10/10. the curry scallops were amazing, you have to try them! the strawberry virgin mojito was so so good. i got nigiri and it had a funky aftertaste so i didn’t eat it which was a let down. im very much used to raw fish and it tasted off but everything else was 10/10

The food was so fresh and delicious. We had both vegan and fish and all of us were very happy. The cocktails (mocktails) were quite substantial and satisfying. The presentation was beautiful, so it was a wonderful spot for my birthday.

In the moderate price range could get a meal and drink for ~ 40$ However, it took a good 15 minutes to fill water cups. Always busy so make sure to reserve ahead of time! Food and drinks were really good other than that.
