Stopping at Shuyi is turning into a tradition for us every time we are passing through, we are craving one of their delicious bubble tea to have in hand while seeing the sights and searching out more delicious bites! Their drinks never disappoint!

You can't go wrong with Shuyi. I think that of all the choices available in the market right now, they are the reference standard. In terms of flavors, combinations and consistency. On a hot summer day touristing in chinatown, it just feels like the right thing to do! 🥤

Ordered 3 drinks from this location via Uber Eats and it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like watered down milk with some bubbles. No flavour. Had to throw out $30 worth of bubble tea.

I came to this location 3 years ago on vacation , today I am very excited to come back again, however the bubble tea (taro ball meet brown sugar) has very little boba in it, totally not what the photo they advertise. 3 years ago , I remember they have lots of toppings in their drinks to the point it fills you. This time it’s so water down, photo shows it has taro, boba and grass jelly and I can only find little boba and nothing else. Very disappointing to come here all the way for this.

This is just a review for the mango pomelo sago. It’s a great drink!

I wanted a medium size, but they only had large cups at the time. It was $8.25 CAD for the large drink. They made it so quickly. This is a pick up and leave type of place. No seating; no bathroom.

Credit card accepted. This is located in Chinatown. It’s a small storefront, so it’s easily missed.

The taste was good, but way too expensive for a drink where half the cup is only ice ( i asked less ice, so 30%) not sure the cup is a large one too... so 3,4 sips of it, and we're done...
Do better to train your employees please... 13 $ + tax and tips wayyyy too expensive. Not worth it

Good taste and service, but they commit a cardinal sin of bubble tea shops : too much ice!

And I’m going to be nitpicky here … but it’s hard to break through the plastic cover with the paper straw. You have to bring it down hard and it will cause a little spill.

Anyway! Very very refreshing on a hot summer night.

Nice staff but unsanitary, used very little stale looking looking mango from a plastic bowl. D+ avoid

Was extremely watery and bland in taste. Seemed like it was missing something.

Both of the cake pieces I ordered: smelled rotten and tasted vile. I think I was served bad food.

ordered 3 drinks and 2 crepe cakes. drinks were alright. when i started eating one of the cakes it tasted bad and my girlfriend from across the room said “what’s that smell?” and i took a sniff and realized it was the cake.. it had completely spoiled and smelled like sour milk / rotten eggs. literally just waiting to get sick now :(
