I visited Slice+Soda today at around 10:30 pm, just half an hour before closing time. We ordered two slices of pizza and were asked by the cashier if we wanted them in a box or on plates. Since we intended to sit and eat, we requested plates, but the cashier rudely informed us that we couldn’t sit and eat because she wanted to start cleaning up. She insisted we couldn’t stay, even though we would’ve only needed about 10 minutes to finish our slices. While I understand that staff may be eager to close at the end of the night, it seems unreasonable to rush customers out when the business is still open. I’ve always enjoyed the pizza here, but this experience was disappointing and, frankly, unfair.

I recently visited Slice and Soda and tried their Margherita pizza—it was absolutely delicious!
