Servers are chatting or scrolling on their phone. Cash person sits on windowsill, knows I am there but doesn't respond. Perhaps they don't see an old person- me. I ask for help. Get served. Has to visit this place due to compulsion. We were visiting Mont Royal as a family. On our way back from the sightseeing terrace, our 5 year old daughter had to go to washroom. The person working there said washroom is only for their customers and we have to buy something first to use washroom. Haven’t observed such discourteous behaviour in ages. We bought few juices and then my daughter went to their washroom. Didn’t have any idea that people working there or administration of the place have such low manners. Will never visit this place and of course we don’t recommend this place.
