We order often. We always order the meat platter as part of our meal to share and now all of a sudden, they cut their meat portion by at least half without warning.

The container is smaller , wasn't full and had a raised bottom. There was half the portion of meat.

I have been coming from time to time for over a year because I live nearby. I generally order the same thing: a steak pita with a spinach feta puff pastry or the ricotta feta puff pastry and sometimes the potatoes with a little sauce which are excellent. More and more, I realize that the quality of meat has really declined. It's been four orders that I am disappointed by the quality; the meat is less easy to eat than before, I find it less tender and even the taste has changed, I don't understand.

Second point, usually when I call, it's a lady who answers me and there is no problem. But last time, I came across a gentleman who didn't seem to know what he was selling. When I asked for a steak pita plus a ricotta feta puff pastry, the person did not understand and told me that there was no puff pastry, when that is clearly the name of the tiropita, which is a puff pastry. ricotta feta. In short, the gentleman didn't want to know anything and when I told him that it was a puff pastry tart with ricotta in it, he persisted in telling me that there was no ricotta in the restaurant. He even told me “You are in a Greek restaurant that sells pitas” as if I had the wrong address. I fought with him for easily three minutes. I ended up telling him “Okay, I’ll just have feta if you’re out of ricotta.” » He told me he didn't have any, so I ordered the spinach one. He didn't understand either. So I said to him, “Are you selling spanakopita well?” » He answered yes. I told him I would take this if you don't have the other one. He replied, “La tiropita? » I told him, “Well yes, that’s what I’ve wanted since the beginning of the call. » He replied that he had some too.

There, I wondered if I was being taken for an imbecile or if he really didn't know what he was selling. In short, he finally understood but it really spoils the customer relationship experience. I gave it three stars because it's not horrible but unfortunately I won't go back.

I've been there several times and I must say that the quality is always there. Excellent fries, everything is always perfect.
