if you’re in the greater montreal area you’ll be KICKING yourself for not coming to this one of a kind culinary explosive experience, yes explosive with joy and good times all around fr fr. literally no cap. I’d like to give a shoutout to my waiter Rachel who filled my visit with fantastic service and funny, light hearted jokes. to say she knows what she’s doing behind the bar would be an understatement. 5/5 would recommend again, again and again a 3rd time

Lovely atmosphere, killer brunch, evidently under staffed for the size of the restaurant but very friendly people and accommodating.

Food was delicious but the portions were quite small compared to price. We were actually a little disappointed when they brought the plates. We were there for the brunch.

I had a fantastic time at bar sparrow. I specifically appreciated my server, Isabelle, who tended to my every need. She works on wednesdays. Isabelle if you see this please call me back.

Best brunch in the mile end... sorry Larry.... I ordered the Turkish eggs and went back the next day for the Zaatar breakfast sandwich, the ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. It was like living on a homestead and taking all the food from the garden and creating something so so delicious. I've been to a few brunch places in the mile end and nothing compares to Le Bar Sparrow. It's beautifully curated in it's design. If I lived in Montreal this place would rob me $. I can't wait to go back, it'll next time MTL, and THANK YOU

Perfect service, pretentious vibes with overpriced food and drinks. I guess I wasn’t the clientele that the restaurant is aiming for. Which is fine.
21$ (+tax +tip) burger is kids size and you will leave the place still hungry unless you pay 4$ (+tax +tip) for fries on the side. The 16$ (+tax +tip) Negroni comes in a shooter and is done in three sips. 40+ dollars for a tiny burger and a tiny cocktail. I know everything is expensive in Montreal now but this experience was particularly ridiculous :)
I’m giving the employees 5 stars because it takes bravery to put those orders on the table with a straight face. Cool spot for a real foodie but I’ll never go back there.

Nice Bar with Good Drinks, Decent Oysters and Amazing Calamari!
My friends and I were sat on the couch, enjoying beautiful drinks and plates of food with incredible flavours.
I’ll start with the food.
The cauliflower was so good, undoubtedly the highlight. We also ordered fries (some of the best crispy fries I’ve had, the sauce is to die for, please make a poutine???) + the bread and butter, the bread has this … charcoal-y profile as if it just was baked on volcanic rocks. It’s a good thing. Really
We were so comfy, the vibes were chill on this Tuesday evening and music at the right volume to allow us to catch up and enjoy.
The service was impeccable, our waitress and her colleagues were always checking in on us.
I WILL be coming back to try the rest of the menu (and re-order everything I got)
Love sparrow ✨️
