This is the first and last time I go to St-Hubert located in the Champlain village on Sherbrooke Street East. I placed a takeout order for over $70 around 8:40 p.m. The lady at the checkout was very nice. I know the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. As it was cold, I asked to stay warm for 5 minutes (it was 8:54 p.m.) As soon as I sat down, at 8:55 p.m. a young boy came shouting at me to ask me to go out. He addressed me as if I were a dog. I tried to explain to him that I was leaving in 5 minutes and that I had asked to stay and that I even set a timer so as not to go past 9:00 p.m. He didn't listen to me and turned his back on me. Such a person should not work with clients. It's really the last time I set foot in this place, also my family, because I told them about the treatment I was subjected to.

Vous êtes mal organisé, votre personnel au service c'est pas fameux. Mettons que l'initiative en 2024 c'est pas inné. Nous étions 4 on voulais un familial 4 à manger sur place, la caissière nous dit que c'est seulement pour emporter. OK on va le manger ici pareil. On nous donne même pas de couvert rien. Nous avons mangé sur le carton de la boîte. Ça fait dur st hubert.

When I visit Quebec, St- Hubert Restaurants have been a tradition even if we have to stop at the Express option. We don’t leave the province without dining there. It is way better than any other Canadian Rotisserie. They have it right. They even brought me a straw without me asking. I love that place. You will understand why I am giving them 10/10 for food and service.
