Extremely poor customer service, upon arrival, no one at the front for greetings, waited for almost 10 minutes before being greeted and assign a table. No waiter came to welcome us and ask how we are or talk us through the menu/recommendations , no waiter checked in to see if we were all good with our food… food presentation is pretty but taste was ok nothing spectacular or complex to the palate. For a restaurant in a hotel, had higher expectations for price to service and tastiness of food.

The thursday night pizza night is really fun. The pizzas are delicious and we loved the combo with prosecco. The DJ was really good. Just missing a dance floor to burn off the amazing pizza calories on the great beats.

10/10!! Ordered room service from here and WOW, blown away by service and food. Our food was delivered maybe 10 minutes after ordering, burgers were phenomenal. We especially loved the jammy onions on them. Fries were delicious and everything was packed so lovely with a wine opener and little glass condiments.

This restaurant is located inside the Sheraton and has a very comfortable setting. The servers were attentive and provided great service. The food was good and nicely presented.
The only downside was the portion size, which we found a bit small. It would be much better if the servings were slightly larger.
Also, since the dining area is right beside the hotel check-in lobby, it can get a little distracting. There were kids running around and people constantly walking by, which made the dining experience feel less private and a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, a pleasant place to dine with good service and food, but there is room for improvement in portion size and seating location.
Voula was our server, treated us like family. Was attentive but not overbearing. Give that lady a raise! She must love her job cause she was awesome! Portions were huge and delicious. Thank you Voula!

It’s located in the heart of the city. The vibe is great.They have a very beautiful bar, we have Guido who making us spectacular drinks which not on the menu. Guido is very professional and helpful . We had a wonderful lunch experience. Definitely coming back again
