I ordered a drink today through the Starbucks mobile app and requested less ice, but my cup was filled with more than half ice. When I pointed this out, the girl wearing spectacles who was preparing and serving the drinks didn’t just dismiss it — she responded with open sarcasm, saying things like “How much less ice do you want?” and “What do you mean by less ice?” while making fun of me to her colleague.
This kind of rude, mocking behavior is completely unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be ridiculed for simply asking that their order be prepared as requested. If Starbucks offers customization options, then staff should respect them and treat customers with basic courtesy.

I asked if they still have the Iced Matcha with Lavander foam but they didn’t have it anymore. I was just curious about the price because they told me the difference between the regular matcha and the matcha with the lavander is just 20 cents. I always order the same thing from Starbucks Cote des neiges and Mont Royal and it is my first time ordering at this branch when these two ladies (staff) laughed at me when I was just clarifying the price of the drink. Not a good experience…
Been here infinite times and every time I go there’s either something wrong in the order or I have to wait for more than 20 minutes for one drink. Really bad location for Starbucks

The renovation is awful but the service is still great. I used to be able to sit here and enjoy my coffee. Now there's just a long hard bench with awkward tables or a couple of chairs against the window. But like I said the baristas are still awesome and make good drinks.
