I canāt give a zero, wish I could cause thatās what I just got āZEROā just went there to grab a matcha šµ before I start work at 5:30. They close at 6pm. Got there at 4:35 pm and they are closed. Door locked, chairs up, one of the barristers mopping the floor. Knocked on the window that dude made the cut throat closed signal. I point 6 fingers in the air. The six oāclock signal. He threw the girl behind the counter under the bus and pointed to her. I made a video and went across the street to Cafe Lu Lu instead and got a delicious matcha there. Forget Starbucks in the village itās trash go to cafe LuLu.

Never open when I need a coffee the most and in a rush. They like to close randomly for no apparent reason even if it's not on a holiday. Had to go all the way to st Laurent for my morning coffee and I was late for my appointment. So if your in a rush for your morning coffee and can't wait, don't go here because there only open when they feel like it. GPS says there open I get there and there closed. Not accurate hours to there website. When I'm in a rush I won't even bother comming here anymore I rather go to the one on st Laurent because there always open like there saposed to be and there open hours are accurate to the website.

The service is terrible, I ordered an iced latte and they gave me a black coffee with ice and a little bit of milk. The guy who attended me told me that thatās how the coffee was, he said it in a rude way and even grabbed the straw and stirred it in front of me, and then he read on the label that it was a latte and made a face like he didnāt know what was going on. He kept insisting that I had ordered another coffee until he read the label. Super aggressive and bad-tempered, and whatās worse, heās Latino just like me. I took the coffee and left it on the counter. Terrible place to have a drink. Terrible customer service.

I often go to this Starbucks and I can say that Iāve known one of the employees (a short Latino guy with bleached hair) for quite some time. Throughout all my visits there, I have faced the fact that he was not friendly towards me. But today he crossed all the boundaries. My friend and I came, placed an order, and went to the waiting area. This guy was making our drinks. While he was preparing them, we were talking to each other and constantly catching his dissatisfied looks. When he handed me my order, he mockingly put it on the table. At that moment I asked what the problem was, to which he replied that we had a āweird vibeā and that we supposedly never thanked him. My friend and I were simply shocked, but that was not all. When we sat down to drink our coffee, we heard how he started to discuss us in a rude manner and quite loudly. I said that I was still here and could perfectly hear what he was saying. We called the manager, explained everything, and she said that this was far from the first time people had complained about him, but she justified him by saying that he was tired, although he smiled at other people. How can a person who does not see boundaries and does not know how to work with people still be working there? How can I be sure that he did not do something to my drink? I have no desire to come back there because of him. I sincerely do not understand why he is still kept there when there are so many young people who would want to work there and not be rude to customers. I have never encountered such rudeness before. I really want to be heard and for his place there to be reconsidered.
I visited the Starbucks in downtown Montreal, and itās a great spot right in the heart of the city. The location is super convenient, perfect for grabbing a coffee while exploring the city.
