I ordered 2 of the southeast potato wrap and they sent one southeast potato wrap and one bacon wrap, they don’t have the common sense that if they run out of an item, they should call the customer and ask what they want, and not just send whatever they have available at the store. We are muslims and we don’t eat bacon, it is prohibited. This is disrespectful towards muslims. The customer can be muslim, they can be vegetarian or vegan. They cannot just ask to eat meat to a vegetarian or vegan customer. And this is not the first time this happened. They could have simply canceled if they don’t have what I ordered.

I'd give zero stars if I could. It's unbelievable! When you order light ice, your cup is never filled to the top. And if you order through the app, there's no way to change this. The service is also awful. This place used to be my favorite Starbucks 2-3 years ago. What a shame it's become. Skip this Starbucks—choose the other two nearby instead.

I’ve been ordering the same exact custom tea latte at this location for months — a Grande Emperor’s Cloud & Mist with classic syrup, sub milk for half lemonade and half peach juice. Some baristas even recognize me and say how amazing it smells. So believe me when I say: I know what this drink should cost. I’ve paid around $5 tax included every time.
But today, a cashier looked at me like I was making it all up — like I was trying to scam the system over a tea. And then charged me $8.45… for a drink with no milk. Just tea, water, lemonade and peach juice. I was literally charged extra for substitutions that replaced something I didn’t even receive.
At that price, I should’ve received the original milk and the juice — maybe even a snack on the side. But no, I just got overcharged and treated like a liar.
This isn’t just frustrating — it’s humiliating. I’m a regular customer. I’m not here to debate pricing roulette depending on who's at the register. I’m here to enjoy a drink I love without being robbed blind or judged for ordering something a bit different. Its lunch on april 1 so maybe the cashier wanna play april fool on me?!?!?! Ps: the receipt that how much its supposed to cost 4.88$

ordered a matcha frappuccino and this is what i got the only time i go to this location is when the mckay st catherine branch is closed - they re so much better at making drinks for some reason the guy location is always training baristas and its always bad drinks wasted stars on this drink
