Staff who don't speak French :/
Usually good here. Today had to have them remake my drink 2 timesAsked for mango dragonflies refresher with water, light ice extra mango base. Paid extra for the light ice and mango base.First attempt was made with lemonade and very little mango base.2nd attempt made with water and tasted exactly like water.3rd attempt, the server gave me attitude dump some out (all the ice as well) pour some base in and handed it back.Worse drink I have ever had at Starbucks.

In the only French-speaking metropolis in America, the staff of this café (5-6 employees) chat only in English among themselves while English-speaking pop/rock/indie music is played. If you want to feel like you're in Toronto or yet another cheap American city, this is perfect for you.

Do not order in advance via the app, it still takes 25 minutes (instead of 5 minutes). People at the checkouts get their coffee faster!

The guy behind me was irate because his orange mocha Frappuccino didn’t have the extra whipped cream he ordered. A fight broke out but the staff handled it with dignity and grace. Also my green tea was to die for. I’ll definitely be coming back!
