Worst SB I’ve been so far. Ordered a peach lemonade and received lots of ice. Took me literally 7 sips. Not sure what the barista were thinking

My recent visit to this Starbucks was an absolute mess from start to finish. The employee who took my order (her name tag looked like it said “Elsa,” though it was dirty and can’t tell for sure what her name was). The moment I ordered a London Fog, she just froze, staring at the register like a deer caught in headlights. it took ten full minutes for her to enter the order in the system, while two different coworkers had to come over and walk her through the process.
The whole time, she looked annoyed, sighed loudly, and made these exaggerated mouth noises that felt straight-up disrespectful. It was like she wanted me to know she didn’t want to be there.
Then came the payment. My change was $3.25. She handed me $3. No quarter. She then had to call someone else over to reopen the drawer to give me 25 cents because she couldn’t do it herself. Still no apology. No eye contact. She just kept mumbling under her breath like I was the problem.
And it didn’t even end there. After all of that, I waited another 10 minutes for my drink. When it finally came out, the lid was dirty, with foam smeared all over the top and dripping down the sides. It looked rushed and sloppy.
This was a painfully slow, awkward, and unprofessional interaction from beginning to end. I left irritated, and honestly amazed that something as simple as ordering tea turned into a whole ordeal.

I waited in an empty starbucks for 10 mins before they even took my order. When i finally ordered I asked for a drink hot and they gave it to me iced. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but it’s a cold october day in Montreal and all I wanted was a hot drink… When I brought this up to the barista she stared at me with a cold face and said “it’s iced” with horrible tone. Horrible customer service - absolutely abysmal

I needed strong coffee to kickstart my morning. The dark roast was watered down. Would not recommend if you need a java jolt. This was the only time that I cannot rely on Starbucks. Quite disappointed.

This has been my go to every time. I have tried some other places in downtown but this one’s the best for me. The best was on 16th aug 2025 at 4:45pm. I don’t know who made it but it was mesmerising and it’s what made me write this review. It was not the first sip (as Starbucks says)but that i had in every sip. Thank you who ever it is that made my drink, bcz you made my day and am writing this from the bottom of my heart.

Think they have something against iced drinks bc why the freak did I have to wait 20 minutes for a refresher? Take a break from making that espresso and grab that ice.

There was a double charge on my debit and credit card. I called up the store the same day. I was asked to come to the store with proof. I went to the store , they did not refund me. I called the store manager , but no one picked up. I spent an hour on the phone on the 800 number they gave me. All in all no one was apologetic , nor interested in quick resolution for a transaction of less than $20. Very disappointed with the service in their store and call center service.

Commande deux fois un lait matcha et la première fois il n’y avait tellement pas de matcha que c’était presque un liquide blanc, aujourd’hui je retente en me disant que c’était l’exception et à l’intérieur se trouve un goût fruité (probablement que le contenant pour faire les différentes boissons n’a pas été nettoyé comme il le faut)

The real shame is the seating area which deserves a refresh and more comfort for my taste and also to bring it up to date!
