I had a disappointing experience at this establishment due to the barista's unprofessional and rude behavior. When I asked to use the washroom before making a purchase, she bluntly told me, “The washroom is for clients only.” I explained that I was, in fact, a customer, but she continued to push back without any attempt to clarify or accommodate me.
Instead of handling the situation with courtesy and professionalism, she was dismissive and unhelpful. A better approach would have been to politely inform me of the washroom policy while encouraging me to make a purchase afterward, if that was the concern. Instead, I left without buying anything because her attitude was so off-putting. It’s disappointing that such a simple request was handled so poorly, and I won’t be returning.

One of the best Starbucks in Montreal! As an Uber driver, I’ve been to many locations, but this one stands out. The staff is always kind and professional, especially one friendly woman whose name I don’t know. Great service, clean place, and consistently great coffee. Highly recommend!

Oh, the charm of being a loyal customer means nothing here—especially to the grumpy barista with glasses guarding the washroom like it’s Fort Knox. Weekly visits? Irrelevant. Hospitality? Well, the taste of Americano coffee is different compared to others, I'm not saying Starbucks is the best, you should find your preferred taste among them.

Easily the slowest star bucks I have ever seen. 12 min to get my drink and there was 5 drinks ahead of it. Maybe they were just being trained but the other 4 people working did nothing to help.
Good atmosphere and drinks well served but cash register a little too slow. If you order a side (muffin, sandwich, etc..) it easily takes a good 3-4 minutes longer to wait...especially on weekday mornings around 10 a.m..? As for seating...too few...it's a passing Starbucks...it's a shame because the place is beautiful!

Horrible . There was no size as I was given another format without consulting me. The girl who prepares the coffees got the order wrong just before mine. My order without whipped cream of course with. I ask him for another cup and lid and no. She gives her back and continues as if I hadn't spoken. This is the last time. Each time the Servise is not great but today is the last time I accept it. $30 in the trash. Plus I left some tips.
