Not good service. 7:30pm The boy with orange hair is so rude and dont know what he saying. He charge me with frappe but when we receive it there’s nothing. She ask him but he look back and he said nothing more. That’s 3 drinks with no whip cream!!!

I won’t say anything new about Starbucks — we all know it. But the team working at this particular branch is genuinely lovely, and that’s the reason I keep coming back. Because beyond the coffee, I know I’ll get a warm smile in return — and that means a lot 🤍

People are coming to Starbucks for coffee and a relaxed atmosphere but not to be immersed in political or social messaging of any kind. The overall vibe is uncomfortable, and I’ll probably take my coffee elsewhere.

It was 11 a.m., and went to grab a coffee, dark roast. There was none ready, and the counter server basically didn't feel like making any. It's a coffee place. Coffee should always be ready for the customers. I'm not going back there.

I've been to many Starbucks around the world and this is the only one I like best! I go there almost every day after school (although this Starbucks is far from my school and my home). But it is definitely worth it.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks. I asked for a Venti refresher with no ice, I got a cup half empty because accordingly to them that was the space the ice would’ve taken in the cup. so stupid! Common it is STARBUCKS a multi-national company with millions of dollars. The fact that they cannot fill the cup completely it’s just ridiculous!!!! Never going back!

I usually order online because I work on Côte-des-Neiges and twice in the past month they gave me the wrong coffee I always buy the venti shaken espresso with cold foam because it's less sugar but instead I get creme brulee coffee and I control my sugar intake so it's way too much sugar and way too sweet so I pay 11$ to throw it in the trash...Uber won't reimburse and Starbucks says come in and change it...if I order online it's because I can't go out at the office...so I will sadly stop ordering
