A very Nice Starbucks!!! It actually has a Washroom for their Customers!! Many of the other Starbuck Locations don't have any such Services for their Clients!! Case in Point the Starbucks on Mont Royal by the Mont Royal Metro do not Keep their Washroon open !! For their Customers!!They will that there is a Washroom available at the A&W up the street! FRIDAY OCTOBER 11 2024 SADLY THINGS HAVE CHANGED SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 6AM. GOT THERE AND PEOPLE WHERE WAITING OUTSIDE AT 6AM THEN 6 or more LEFT BEFORE I LEFT T 615AM!!. STAFF COULD BE SEEN INSIDE AND REFUSED TO UNLOCK THE DOORS. AT 615 AM DOORS STILL LOCKED! But 2ND CUP DOWN THE STREET BY THE METRO IS OPEN 24HRS!! PEOPLE HAVE SHOWED UP AND LEFT!! I HAVE SEEN THIS BEFORE AT THIS LOCATION BUT THAT WAS MONTHS AGO WAS APPROXIMATELY A 10 MINUTE DELAY BEFORE OPENING AND DIDN'T AT THAT TIME BOTHER TO UPDATE MY REVIEW SO IT'S PROBABLY A REGULAR THING THERE IN THE MORNING!!

the worker with the green hair is disrespectful with clients. She’s always trying to argument with customers and not even apologetic when she’s clearly wrong. Oh and i feel like she has a really hard time understanding the drink’s label. Doesn’t puts light ice and messes up the order so badly making the drink taste like alkaline.

Nasty workers

Very rude service. We are a family of 4 and this morning at 10:30, we sat at a table with 3 chairs. We brought another chair from the next table but the barista lady without a name tag asked us to move back of the store where there were also 3 chairs and 2 tables, next to the restroom. We would have simply moved the chair back to the other table when we were leaving in 10 min but she made us get up and moved the chairs to the other table. Extremely disappointed in such a service from a company like Starbucks.

Paper cups don't last more than 30 minutes when you order a cold drink. The cashier was rude and they didn't put whipped cream in my smoothie because I didn't tip them. Not to mention that I was charged for an extra espresso which they didn't add to my drink.

Stayed for two hours and it was full the whole time. Too noisy and I do not see the tables being cleaned. Not a relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee unfortunately.

Another coffee shop where you could each have the coffee of your choice for $5 - $15/cup. What I appreciated, though, is when I thought to order a sandwich from one of the folks who worked there and when I asked what it came with, he told me and when I further inquired about a spicy Moya add-on, he clarified that the sandwiches were pre-made and delivered to the store. Speaking out loud to the walls I muttered, disappointed, that the last time I had purchased a ready-made sandwich was many years ago on a plane. The gentleman kind of acknowledged that these might be similar and I changed my order to a heated cinnamon square which was met with a confident nod. Thanks for your discretion, kind sir...you saved me from airport food - both the black coffee and the dessert were wonderful.

I have a really bad experience, so one of batista sprayed the water on me, and she didn't even say sorry she just said I had some too, so don't worry about it even no sorry .And I called them and they said no it's okay, you are joking, really bad starbucks.

GREAT STAFF ! have been to this Starbucks location on a regular basis and the staff has always been friendly and very attentive. It is generally clean and there is enough space to be able to work or just sit and enjoy your coffee.You have to keep in mind that it is close to an area of high schools and universities, so it can be a bit crowded at times☕
