I work in the area I usually order the same thing every morning, I go there every single day. The whole team is great, lovely manager, competent staff but today, a new barista served me, terrible guy, doesnt have the standards or the work ethic to work in customer service. Very dangerous individual,rude and evil. Never met someone like this in my whole life. I hope someone will look into it, he shouldn’t be working with food or people. Customer service is a discipline. And I waited 15 minutes while my drink is ready but hidden from me and was given to me at the convenience of the barista, shouldnt be working in customer service or representing a company like Starbucks.

1 star I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for over 5 years and have tried many locations across Montreal. Unfortunately, this specific location (under the Sheraton Hotel) has been consistently disappointing. The coffee—especially the dark roast—tastes extremely watered down, with little to no aroma or richness. Out of five times I’ve ordered here, maybe one was decent. It really doesn’t meet the standard I expect from Starbucks. I hope management takes note and improves the quality.☹️☹️👎

I visited this location on Thursday (the 27th of March) at around 8 am and I had a fantastic experience! I’ve been to this location before and I’ve always had very nice experiences but this one took the cake! The staff was attentive, caring and thoughtful and I left with a smile on my face. Your kindness goes a long way!

Overall Starbucks is good. Their app is easy to access and place order. One issue I found that I was not able to access my Google wallet with the app, due to which I had to insert my card details manually, for which I am bit uncomfortable. Accessing via wallet help me to not share my card details with multiple applications. Service is quick, but there was a incident where barista took wrong order and didn't confirmed the order while I placed it, thus in rush I picked and later I realized they served me Matcha Latte instead of Pistachio latte. I take it on me as I didn't confronted, but if barista repeats order before finalizing it, then it should help to avoid such confusion.
