A pleasant little break to recharge your batteries. Everything was correct, both the service and the employee who served us (03/06). There were a few crumbs on the tables across the street, but nothing serious.

The inefficient workflow is mind boggling: 12 minutes to receive a take out cappuccino. A lot of time is waisted going through online orders (20+ when I was waiting) sorting etc. Staff is doing its best and is not to blame.
This franchise could learn from an efficient operation like “Pret a manger” in the UK where you are literally in and out in a minute or two.

Order my cappuccino at the counter with same great taste. Not sure if service is faster when ordering ahead via the application? I had the feeling that I waited a bit longer than it was pre ordered, will have to tested to see.

I asked the counter clerk or manager for 2 sugars, she replied, there were already 2 sugars in the coffee, I said ok, well, I drank my late and it wasn't sweet at all , there was no sugar in it. I should have told her that she didn't even have the right to add sugar to my coffee without my consent.
