Why you are not taking into consideration those customers who are sensitive to lactose and don't want/like non-dairy milk because they alter the taste?

While staying at the Sheraton, I decided to enjoy a Starbucks while in Montreal. Like usual, I ordered my beverage using the Starbucks app. I made the request for no ice in my drink - I do this every time. Unfortunately, this time, it was obvious that the barista didn’t actually read the instructions. When I picked up my drink at the counter and discovered it was full of ice, I immediately let the barista know of the error. She informed me that wasn’t how that drink is supposed to be made. Meanwhile, I’ve ordered this drink the same way throughout the summer across Canada with no issue. To make matters worse, she never apologized for making the drink incorrectly in the first place; just an excuse. ☕️

This is a regular branch of Starbucks in downtown Montreal, and you will find everything that is found in other branches here as well. The staff are friendly and the branch is a big one with lots of space. Their pastry is not freshly baked but their coffee was good.
