This is a regular branch of Starbucks in downtown Montreal, and you will find everything that is found in other branches here as well. The staff are friendly and the branch is a big one with lots of space. Their pastry is not freshly baked but their coffee was good.
This is a great Starbucks location. Mainly for its housing within the Sheraton Hotel and the overall layout of the shop. The fact that you can take an elevator down to the shop without stepping out and walking down the street is convenient, especially at 6 am.
It can get fairly busy here, but the service is very quick and they nailed the cold brew and coffees I bought for my family. The one thing that I was hoping for was a bit more variety in the drinkware...

Why you are not taking into consideration those customers who are sensitive to lactose and don't want/like non-dairy milk because they alter the taste?
