Starbuck is the Coffee of my choice. I drink at least a venti cup of Starbuck dark coffee. This location is great like almost all other Starbucks locations. Service, on the other hand, is unfortunately not as great. Poor customer service. I ordered online 10 minutes before I get or the store, I waited over 10 minutes and then I asked the barista if my order was ready? She ignored me and finally after another 12 minutes, I received my coffee!!

I’m sad that they moved the Starbucks beside my workplace, I heard they move the Starbucks (Place Montreal Trust) where is it now???
Very very bad experience the cashier Ashley blonde hair is a thief she snapped my credit card and tapped it with double amount and her unprofessional manager refused to correct the mistake they are gang of thiefs . should not work anywhere they ruin the reputation of Starbucks and it will cost Starbucks to lose their customers there tooooo many barista with polite descent employees not like this branch very low employees at least I can say.

The staff didn't tell me that the dragonfruit was sold out when I ordered, and then made me a cup of pineapple, I said it wasn't what I ordered, so she told me that the dragonfruit was gone, but the pineapple one was indeed wrong, so she made me a cup of colorless smoothie, I said it was wrong again and could I chang it to strawberry one, she asked if it would be okay to add a spoonful of strawberry jam to me, I answered could you redo it, she said then I would add a spoonful of strawberry jam...very bad experience, full of disrespect and no apology.
