Happy New Year. The store was packed when I arrived. The music was loud. But, the baristas were working calmly and orderly. I waited for 15+ minutes for me to get to me. The ham and cheese croissant went out and I was offered a lunch sandwich version of ham and cheese. I could not complain.
Very few stores opened today. All the coffee shops that opened today were busy.

January 1, 4:15 p.m.: I order a simple long dish with hot milk on the side, or if you prefer the equivalent of a machiato with milk on the side: total $7 When I tell the girl at the drive-thru that there is a mistake, that I order the same thing several times a week and that it costs me 3.05, nothing to do, the 50 employees who served me before are everyone is wrong but not her. She also claims to be the manager of the establishment, which I highly doubt. Result of all this: I refused to pay $7 for this coffee, so the coffee went in the trash and a customer who came several times a week will now go elsewhere. Great result! Edit: I went to another Starbucks to buy the same coffee, see photo of the invoice:

J'ai commandé sur Uber un Frappucino au matcha et j'ai reçu une boisson neutre, sans matcha ou café dedans, qui goûtait le lait. Uber ne veut pas me rembourser et je suis extrêmement déçu. Normalement lorsque la boisson est composée de matcha, elle est verte, donc je ne comprends pas comment le staff a pu servir une boisson blanche si c'est du matcha.

They charged my card twice and refused to give me a refund!! We called the cops to try and return the money too. Disgusting service. The matcha frappucino was tasteless as well. Horrible experience never again

Merci d'avoir rénové pour rien, 5 tables maximum, on dirait un entrepôt vide. Quand j'ai demandé au serveur ou je pouvais m'assoir car les 5 tables étaient pleines, il m'as répondu que c'était les seules places qu'ils avaient. Si vous ne voulez pas de clients à l'intérieur, faites seulement des commandes à l'auto, y avez-vous pensé? À fuir.
Barely any space to sit. It was already super limited before renovations and now there’s even less sitting space.

I really thought the renovations were going to expand the store for customers but they did not do that. There’s now less space. So disappointing because it was the only place i could go to study. They should definitely add more tables and maybe even build a little bar stool area near the windows. Extremely disappointed.
