During my visit, the overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming. The staff appeared disengaged, and communication was not very clear. The female staff member who handled my order did not explain things properly.

I ordered a chai tea with cinnamon mixed inside, which I regularly order at other Starbucks locations. Unfortunately, the order was missed. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I had to pick it up through the drive-through, and the drink was still incorrect—the cinnamon was sprinkled on top instead of mixed in.

When I mentioned this, I was told that Starbucks does not put cinnamon inside drinks, which did not match my past experiences as a regular customer. Due to the long wait and incorrect order, this visit was disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this location.

We went Sunday the 21st of September around 7:40PM. The store was empty but the employees ignored us, and when she finally bothered to make the order she filled the whole cup with ice. I don’t know if this is the way Starbucks trained them but surely it wasnt worth my 20$ refresher acai and my chai latte. Its like she was going to the trenches to make it. Awful, never again.

I’ve been ordering the same drink — a flat white — for what feels like a decade now. And you know what? It’s always… decent. Not life-changing, not disappointing — just consistently solid. Like that one friend who’s never the life of the party but always shows up on time with snacks.

The beauty of Starbucks is its predictable consistency. Whether I’m in a mall, a gas station, or what seems like the fifth location on the same block, I know exactly what I’m getting. The baristas are friendly (even when they spell my name in wildly creative ways), the vibe is chill, and the espresso always does its job.

So while I’ve never wept tears of joy over my flat white, I’ve also never regretted it. And the fact that I keep coming back probably says more than any five-star review ever could.

Would I recommend Starbucks? Sure — especially if you’re a creature of habit who appreciates a reliably warm cup of “good enough.”
