We order matcha latte “for here” and we know that there’s a policy that you can have refill coffee but the crew name wyndel said that the one we order is not part of policy refill coffee so embarrassed and disappointed but at the other branch like queen mary and cote de Nieges is giving a refill coffee in costumer with rewards member

Absolutely love everything about this Starbucks… the staff are always so friendly and kind. They get orders ready and out the door in no time and the atmosphere in this location is beyond warm and welcoming. The manager Michelle is lovely as well; she knows her products inside out and takes great pride in her store. Highly recommend this Starbucks whether it’s to pop in for grab and go or to sit with friends/colleagues over a deliciously brewed drink and/or sweet treat.

As a solo practitioner Coaching leaders and teams, some of my best deep thinking work happens when I am nestled in the cozy and welcoming environment of my hands-down favourite place for sipping a hot ‘half brown sugar americano oat latte’, Starbucks Westbury Montreal! But the reasons for this peaceful, personal and inspiring experience belong to Store Manager Michelle’s incredible team that I have been privileged to observe working, galvanized together, and in sync, all around me. This is a shout out to this collaborative collection of people who embody, everyday, the dedication that is the result when a group truly becomes a team because they feel trusted, empowered and self actualized in meaningful work experiences. Kudos to the entire team under Michelle’s leadership, (in alphabetical order, and apologies if I have missed anyone) Angela, Carly, Cristine, Jay, Jennifer, Jillianne, Keem, Lea, Lorenzo, Monique, Tedd, and Wyndel for always living that extra mile! Very mean. Lady at the cash didn’t take my point card even tho I gave it to her. Then proceed to be arrogant the second she see I didn’t tip her. Barista lady passing everyone before me (people ordering way later for similar things) and switched coco milk for lemonade in my drink.

Note ; the cake pops were melting in the bag and I wasn’t even out the store yet…

My first time being there and honestly, would not recommend. The place is very pretty tho and accessible.

Dropped by yesterday and had an amazing time doing my remote work. Tedoo was incredibly accommodating when I made a last-minute change to my drink. He didn’t hesitate to remake it. My order came out quickly too, making the whole experience at your branch even better. Big thanks to him!

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location! The person who served me I think his name is Tedoo, was incredibly friendly, efficient and made sure my order was perfect. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and took extra care with my drink. It’s clear he truly cares about customer satisfaction and it made my visit so much more enjoyable. Just wanted to give a huge shout out the Westbury team! They have the best staff in town. I was having a bad morning and I guess it showed because Michelle, the manager, knew just what to say to make me feel better. She also suggested I try the caramel Brulee latte on ice! So so good, made by Monique. This will be my new go-to drink! Thanks guys for making my day 😊

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve never been so disappointed. My friend ordered me an iced blonde ristretto latte with Toffeenut yesterday and all I ended up getting was a large cup of ice almond milk. There was no espresso, no syrup, nothing. It wasn’t even an iced latte. I don’t know if the baristas are just not being trained on how to make drinks properly, or if this was an error but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a drink badly made here. As a former Starbucks employee, I’m really disappointed that we’re spending almost $9 for a drink and it’s not even being made properly. Hell, it’s not even an iced latte without syrup. It was literally a cup of almond milk.
