This store was amazing! I mistakenly ordered for pickup instead of delivery, i called the store and they made exceptions of delivering my order eventhough they don't do delivery. They are so nice too when i was talking to them on the phone. What a great customer service and experience!!! Thank you again!

Worst starbucks I have ever been to. There were few options available and they gave me a wrong order -handed me small sized coffees when I clearly ordered a big size and refused to replace my order. Very disappointed because I paid for a large sized drinks...Please do better.

I don’t usually write reviews but this location really deserves a shoutout. The staff were super friendly. It’s clean cozy and just a nice place to watch a movie or get some work done. Highly recommend.
Love this location: convient, with parking behind. Staff are courteous, fast, friendly. Went to cast my birthday reward. They wrote on the cup. Very cut. Small gesture, but show that they care for customers

I believe I was one of the first customers when the Starbucks opened in the time of Covid. Since I have been a regular customer. The atmosphere is great a friendly and the service excellent. The manager Michelle takes real ownership of the place. always stocking materials, cleaning and brining exciting products to customers. Michelle took time to help me find my back pack which I had lost. She reviewed the cameral footage and it helped me locate my bag. Keep it going!!!!!

Don’t usually write reviews for spots like this, but had to for the Starbucks in Westbury. Drinks are always on point, and the staff super chill. Place is clean, not too loud, and just has a good vibe. Even when it’s packed, they get orders out quick. Been to a bunch of other locations, but this one def feels more put together. It’s my go-to now.
