I believe I was one of the first customers when the Starbucks opened in the time of Covid. Since I have been a regular customer. The atmosphere is great a friendly and the service excellent. The manager Michelle takes real ownership of the place. always stocking materials, cleaning and brining exciting products to customers. Michelle took time to help me find my back pack which I had lost. She reviewed the cameral footage and it helped me locate my bag. Keep it going!!!!!

Don’t usually write reviews for spots like this, but had to for the Starbucks in Westbury. Drinks are always on point, and the staff super chill. Place is clean, not too loud, and just has a good vibe. Even when it’s packed, they get orders out quick. Been to a bunch of other locations, but this one def feels more put together. It’s my go-to now.

This is easily the most consistent and pleasant Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff are kind, always polite and on point with orders. The drinks taste better here something about the way they’re made just feels more balanced. It’s clean, well-run, and even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel chaotic. I usually don’t expect much from chain coffee shops, but this location stands out in the best way.

Me and my friend tried the boisson du ciel and we asked without ice and for the second time they were putting ice in the drink and when we told the staff they were rolling eyes and the staff put to many coconut milk when they get the ice off

We order matcha latte “for here” and we know that there’s a policy that you can have refill coffee but the crew name wyndel said that the one we order is not part of policy refill coffee so embarrassed and disappointed but at the other branch like queen mary and cote de Nieges is giving a refill coffee in costumer with rewards member

Absolutely love everything about this Starbucks… the staff are always so friendly and kind. They get orders ready and out the door in no time and the atmosphere in this location is beyond warm and welcoming. The manager Michelle is lovely as well; she knows her products inside out and takes great pride in her store. Highly recommend this Starbucks whether it’s to pop in for grab and go or to sit with friends/colleagues over a deliciously brewed drink and/or sweet treat.

But the reasons for this peaceful, personal and inspiring experience belong to Store Manager Michelle’s incredible team that I have been privileged to observe working, galvanized together, and in sync, all around me. This is a shout out to this collaborative collection of people who embody, everyday, the dedication that is the result when a group truly becomes a team because they feel trusted, empowered and self actualized in meaningful work experiences.
