Every Starbucks is good. The coffee is fantastic and the sweets are great with the coffee. The staff was fast, friendly and efficient.

Drive-thru girl gives the worst service i ever seen, looks like she needs a damn break excepting to received a tip when i could have a better service at Walmart. Get a grip

Ordered 1 coffee traveler through mobile app at 8:26am (said about 15-18min wait time). Arrived at 8:33am. It was super busy on a Saturday morning...

At 8:56am, I ask counter if it was ready...no not yet. Waited exactly 1 hour, at 9:27am, I went to counter again to have my mobile order cancelled because I can't wait anymore. I was told maybe your order is stolen since an hour wait is not normal, but I said I did not see any customer took out a coffee traveler pack in the last 50 something minutes. Then, they figured out the order was on the side already.☹️

The product is excellent, the staffs I have nothing to say, but there's clearly a loophole here...😮‍💨

The employees at this specific location NEVER respect instructions. Whenever we ask for less sugar, different type of milk, no ice or little ice, it’s never done properly.
Go to other locations!

Welcome to the worst Starbucks in Montreal. This place functions like a bad Tim hortons:

1. Understaffed
2. Dirty - garbages full, tables not clean, employee work centres are messy. Today I saw a wash bucket next to the coffee on the counter with the words “sanitize” on the bucket/
3. Unprofessional - rude staff, that seemed undertrained and don’t understand coffee basics.
4. The place doesn’t even have coffee brewed half the time… it’s called Starbucks coffee…like bruh come on.
5. Management - randomly closes dining room, seems to not care cause all the problems above have been happening for years

Bad humid odor since they did the right closed space when entering.

They close pretty much whenever they want and during no busy hours a normal latte will take them 10-15 min…

Really slow movement in the drive thru. On a weekend no less. But the drink was great

The drive through is super long 8 times out of 10, compared to other locations, idk why. But apart from that it’s great

Needed to use the bathroom. For customers only. So I bought a San Pellegrino soft drink, not thinking much of it. $4.50... for a can... there's a grocery store next door that sells it at $1.25. What a markup. Are you guys completely insane?
