Worst service I've ever had. 45 minutes for an espresso, cake and cold juice. I receive one thing after every 10 minutes of waiting I have to remind them of my order so that they can come and send me the second one then the same thing for the coffee which arrived at the end after 45 minutes of waiting and the guy gave it to me throw it on the counter without even thinking about apologizing for the delay. I will never put my feet in this 000000 again, besides the coffee I put it straight in the trash

They frequently mistake in understanding the ingredients and make wrong drinks. Slow service. Need more people in operation.
I have never had such bad service! 30 minutes wait for a filtered coffee, and when i went to ask if itbus normal that it's so long to receive my order, i got attitude by the "barista." I got totally disrespected for asking a simple question. This totally ruined my experience! Especially because I was taking my daughter there for the first time and clearly the last!!! Managers should not accept staff like that!

Poor customer service.I mentioned to the employee that i wasn't aware that to be able to get a free birthday drink I had to constantly use the app…I usually go to starbucks a few times per year.I just dont use the app anymore.The employee pretty much didn't care, she did not offer me a solution or even wished me happy birthday.I am disappointed, this is not the service starbucks usualy offers.
